I haven’t paid my site a whole lot of attention lately. For those that don’t know I’ve been experiencing some drastic life changes in the past several months. I have still been doing my photography and just this past weekend had the joy of taking pictures of a beautiful wedding. I’m going to try and put some new images up here on the site very soon, but in the mean time I have a lot on my face book account (Diona Harris).

I will be moving to Jacksonville, Fl. soon, I will however still come back to Douglas and the surrounding areas to do pictures, so don’t get discouraged! Just drop me a line and we will work together to set something up! Thanks so much to everyone that has been behind me, holding me up lately – it means the world to me!

I used stamps on a new logo. Never used them until now, but they are so cute! (Click on image for full view) Leave me comments with what you think. Do you think anything needs to be changed? Should I stick with more of a watermark logo? See through logo? I try to change my logo with the seasons, and this seems much more like spring to me! Are the flowers and the bird too much? Give me feedback!!

- Over the next few days I will be deleting all of the images on my site, with the exception of proofs! Once I have them all off I will be sorting them for galleries. I know it’s taking the long road to do things, but honestly sometimes the long road is the easiest! At least in this case it is!

Since I’m basically using a covered up version of wp galleries – I have to delete and re-upload all of my photos to put them onto their categorized page. I’ve only now actually given that thought and realized that I don’t want to have to go through all of that… especially when I might have to do it again in the future. I’m on the look out for a good gallery plug-in for wp that looks really good too.

I’m still working on prices changes, so just hang in there with me!

Prices and packages are changing due to several reasons. Alot of the packages are smaller than they were previously and I’ve tried to put more smaller sizes together as well. Next I will be making a bunch of changes to the wedding packages. Hopefully I will have some time to put my galleries in order as well!  I will put some new pictures up for everyone to see as soon as I get some forms signed! Keep checking back!

I wanted to share a few of my favorite pictures from Dayna and Jason’s wedding, but first let me give a huge thank you to both of them for allowing me to share in their wonderful day!!!! The wedding and reception were beautiful!! I’ve known Dayna for many, many years and through-out the day kept having flash backs of when she was only knee high… it’s crazy how fast time flies by – now she has a little one who’s just knee high himself! lol.

I’m extra excited to announce the first special of the new year! Beginning Monday March 1st I will be have a special that pertains to both Easter and Mother’s Day! The prices for each special package option also includes the photo session sitting fee. The sitting fee is what covers the photographer’s talent and time. I will be getting some baby chicks within the next few weeks and am on the look out for a few baby bunnies for the Easter shoots.
